A fantastic visit for our crew this morning as the team from @South-North adventures joined us at The Jersey Lifeboat Association to meet the volunteers behind our lifesaving work.

After chatting with the crew, 2 of the team professor Kevin Dutton & lead singer of Iron Maiden, Bruce Dickinson headed out aboard our inshore lifeboat Albert Pinel to see firsthand the skill, speed and dedication involved in keeping Jersey’s waters safe.

Their visit precedes the start of the South North Challenge – a world-first to traverse the true south-to-north length of the British Isles, beginning from Les Minquiers, all in support of children’s mental health and resilience. To find out more about their incredible challenge 👇
