NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of The Jersey Lifeboat Association will be held at Trinity Parish Hall, La Rue du Presbytère, Trinity, JE3 5JB on Thursday 8th January 2026 at 19:00 to transact the following business.
AGENDA
1. Chairman’s Welcome;
2. Minutes of the previous meeting;
3. Chairmans Report;
4. Update in relation to constitutional changes & final draft for approval by members (a copy of this can be circulated by request to secretary@lifeboat.je);
5. Update of JLA activities;
6. Reports and accounts;
7. Appointment of auditors for 2026;
8. Election and Re-election of Council Members.

Mo Le Var (February 2025);
Marcus Nobes has expressed his desire to step back from his role as Treasurer at the AGM.

Treasurer – Kris Green (been serving as Treasurer designated for several months);
Council member – Josh Richardson (been serving as Council Member designated for several months);
Council member – John Le Goff.
