Day 2 of AEC1 at UKSA for our “Buoys”.

As well as on the water training, we invest in recognised vocational courses that build real, practical engineering skills. The knowledge gained on programmes like AEC1 is directly transferable to our lifeboats, helping our crew better understand, operate, and look after the machinery they rely on during service.

This kind of training strengthens capability on board, improves decision making, and ultimately supports safer and more effective operations at sea.
